378 buildings with a population of 82.3 thousand people are included in the renovation program in the Southern Administrative District of Moscow. This was announced by Sergey Sobyanin in his Telegram channel.
He noted that 61 starting platforms have been allocated for the construction of new buildings. Currently, 27 houses in the Southern District have been put into operation and are ready for occupancy, with another 32 in the design and construction stage. 12.7 thousand residents of the district have already received new housing.
In order to improve the living conditions of the citizens, social infrastructure is also being developed. For example, in the Biryulevo Zapadnoye area, a large educational complex for 1550 students is planned, in Tsaritsyno — schools for 900 students, and in Nagatinsky Zaton — an educational complex for 570 children.
